LPG-Propane-Ammonia Fuel Oil Pumps

OGPE supplies ‘State of Art’ special Pumps for LPG, Propane, Ammonia, Fuel Oil and other varied services from their Principals, M/s.Blackmer, USA. The Pumps are normally used for Unloading Product from Tank Lorry to Storage Tank as also for feeding the product for Bottling Plants or Vaporization / LPG Air Mixing System. Similarly, Fuel Oil Pumps for a very vide variety of services are supplied for both unloading as well as transfer applications.

The basic principal of these Pumps is ‘Sliding Vane Technology’ which was invented by Mr.Blackmer almost 100 years ago. The Pumps being Positive Displacement design have an in-built Relief Valve.

The list of products includes a tiny Hand Pump for transferring the product from barrels to very large Pumps used for Petrochemical complexes. Bare Pumps imported from Blackmer are assembled in our manufacturing unit and are supplied as Skid Mounted Pumping Systems.

LPG-Propane-Ammonia Compressors

We also supply Non-lubricated Air Cooled ‘State of Art’ Compressors from our US Principals, M/s.Blackmer specially designed for handling volatile services like LPG, Propane and Ammonia mainly for transferring product from Tank Lorry to Storage Tanks. The Compressors can also be supplied for other applications. These machines are very compact, highly energy conservative and designed with no requirement of water cooling or for that matter oil separation unit on the downstream side. We do have other Model called HD Series which are basically Water Cooled Machined for handling Industrial Gases.

Normally, we supply completely assembled units complete with Compressor, Four Way Valve, Liquid Eliminator, V-Belt, Belt-Guard, Motor etc. etc. duly mounted on a skid. We can also supply additional instrumentation like Low Suction Pressure Switch, High Discharge Pressure Switch, High Temp. Switch, Lubricating Oil Switch complete with integrated Flame and Explosion Proof Control Panel.

We offer compressors & exhauster which are essentially required in pumping of gases in host of applications and in almost every segment of Industry. Although they differ in construction from liquid handling Pump, the principal of operation are similar. Gases being compressible, a large portion of energy of Compression is dissipated in from of heat to gas. Therefore these limits the operation unless a judicious selection of basic genre is made from two main options, viz., Positive Displacement or Non-Positive Displacement type besides factors such as efficiency, simplicity in design & maintenance.

Our range has a Multistage Centrifugal Blower with is easy to maintain and is best suited for large flows up to 70,000 SCMH, Pressure Rise up to 1.5 bar g or vacuum up to 16 inch Hg in handling Air and Non Aggressive Gases. We also customize our compressor and exhaust in various specifications of clients.
