The other design of the System is called ''Blendaire''. This design of LPG-Air Mixer safely and accurately combines LPG vapors with Compressed Air to deliver a Natural Gas compatible mix at the pressure from 10 Psig. To 150 Psig. The LPG-Air Mix thus created by the ''Blendaire'' will burn with the same characteristic and efficiency as Natural Gas without requiring any Burner adjustment. The heart of the Systems is three-way Valve wherein LPG and Air are made to mix in the desired ratio by equating the pressure on both the lines and flow through the system is controlled through a Diaphragm automatically.

The LPG Air Mixing Systems are basically used as stand-by system for replacement of Natural Gas or Peak Shaving for base load applications. Some of the Models have an integrated Vaporizers and LPG Air Mixing System. There are mainly two designs of LPG-Air Mixing System – ‘Vaporaire’ and ‘Blendaires’. ‘Vaporaire’ type of LPG Air Mixing System is a Venturi-type of LPG Air Mixer which can be used for gas delivery pressure up to 15 Psig. max. The Equipment basically works on a Venturi design through which LPG vapors enter at a high pressure creating the vacuum and thereby sucking in air from the atmosphere to give desired diluted gas. A solid-state sequencer automatically Switches different arms of the unit taking command from the pressure transducer. It is a very easy system to install and requires very little maintenance, if properly installed.
