LPG Dispensers

We supply special LPG Dispensers procured from our Principals, Fluussigas Anlagen GmbH, Germany (FAS). These Dispensers are approved by Explosives Deptt. as well as Weights & Measures. We have been very successful in installing and commissioning such Dispensers for IOCL, BPCL, HPCL, Indian Oil Petronas and other customers. The range of products includes both single and Double Hose Dispensers.

The new generation of Electronic LPG Dispensers being supplied is complete with Stainless Steel Housing and features modern design, low maintenance cost, long service life, efficiency, reliability, safety and excellent cost performance ratio. A typical Dispenser is complete with very reliable and accurate Piston Meter, Vapour Eliminator, Valves, Pressure Gauges, High Pressure Dispensing Hose, LPG Nozzles, Safety Relive Valves, Diaphragm type Accumulator and differential Valve etc. etc.. The design is also very aesthetic and with hydraulic side and Electronics side separately compartmentalized. The unit includes all required safeties and has inbuilt protection against network failure with Electronic Totalizator including temp. compensation. We have commissioned more than 100 Dispensers in India and these are certainly the most reliable units.

LPG Submersible Pumps

OGPE supplies wide range of LPG Submersible Pumps for Underground LPG Tanks mainly for ALDS Systems but also for Bulk Storage Installations or for that matter any other application. Such Submersible Pumps are normally installed in a 6” NB Capsule which goes inside the Tank to facilitate easy removal for any maintenance services etc. We can supply complete manifold design and all the other safety instrumentation including Dry Run Box, if required.

Top Mounted Pumps

OGPE supplies very special ‘State of Art’ design Top Mounted Pumps from their US Principal, Blackmer, USA for pumping LPG from Underground LPG Tanks. Such installations need to be very meticulously designed complete with recommended Safety Features and pipeline sizes. We have installed such Top Mounted Pumps both for ALDS as well as Bulk Storage Installation, obviously only for Underground Tank Application where flooded suction head is not available. We can supply both the stand alone Equipments or fully engineered solutions for any such applications.
